Independent Electric Supply Donates Electrical Material to Help Install the T-bar at Gould Academy.


Independent Electric Supply donated communication cable, power cable, and miscellaneous pipes/fittings. The material list was managed and procured by 2018 Gould Alum Andrew Gray. The T-bar initiative started a few years back. A fundraiser was created so that the Gould Academy, in conjunction with Sunday River, would be able to install a surface lift to enhance the training space on the hill.

Last month, we held a 30 day food drive and encouraged our customers and employees to donate money and/or a non-perishable item. All together, we were able to collect $550 and 150 lbs. of food.

The mission of EPH is to support families in our community in reaching their full potential through early childhood education, youth development and enrichment, and family services.

Maine Adaptive has over 400 volunteers who donate their time and expertise to make dreams come true by helping participants learn new skills, make great friends and develop self-confidence through their new-found abilities in sport, all while having fun. Maine Adaptive is financed through the generous contributions to the annual Ski-A-Thon and through the incredible generosity of individuals, businesses, corporations, foundations, and service organizations.

Independent Electric Supply Volunteers at Rosie's Place

This month, Independent Electric Supply has partnered up with Illuminate and the amazing team of dedicated volunteers at Rosie’s Place in Boston, MA. 

Rosie's Place is a sanctuary for poor and homeless women in Boston’s South End. Giving our time to the community we thrive in is important to us. Within a few hours, we were able to prepare and serve lunch for nearly 100 women.
