The combination front/rear cable manager shall provide the capability to organize and contain up to 96 patch cords ON the front of the panel and up to 96, 0.25 in OD 4 pair Cat 5 UTP cables ON the rear of the panel. The front of the panel shall provide four 2 in x 4 in horizontal distribution rings and 4 2 in x 4 in vertical distribution rings. The front shall contain at least (24) 0.75 in x 1.25 in non-rotating plastic clips for additional cord management. The rear of the cable manager shall contain four 2.5 in x 3 in distribution rings. All distribution rings shall have radiused edges to protect cables from nicks and tears. The cable manager shall be no more than 2 EIA rack units high and shall fit a standard 19 rack. The rear of the panel shall have 4 quick-insert type tie wrap anchors to facilitate the bundling and securing of the category 5 cables to ensure optimal performance. The material shall be 0.06 steel with black powder coat finish. The manufacturer shall provide a one year limited product warranty and 15 year product performance guarantee. The manufacturer shall provide a lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship and an application guarantee when installed as part of a certified system.
