Cooper Crouse-Hinds® 4-11/16 in boxes are designed for use with conduit in commercial and industrial applications. They are utilized for the quick and easy installation of switches, devices and in ceilings for the installation of lighting fixtures. The larger box size provides increased capacity and wiring room. Available in 1-1/2 in-and 2-1/8 in depths, these boxes come with dedicated knockouts from 1/2 to 1-1/4 in or combination 1/2 and 3/4 in concentric. The labor-saving raised ground screw dimple in the bottom of the welded box provides for quick and easy installation of a ground screw, eliminating the need in surface mounted applications to clip a protruding ground screw or drill a pilot hole in the mounting surface.
