A Power Outlet Panel (or POP) is a device designed for outdoor service to meet temporary power requirements at construction sites and recreation vehicle (RV) parks. Construction sites and RV parks need to provide a safe and reliable means for users to access electricity and POPs provide the outlets for electrical access.
